Louis Comfort Tiffany

(1848-1933)
American glass maker

He founded his own glass fabric in 1885. He specialized in opaline glass and discovered the technic of favrile glass in 1893 which made him really famous. He designed a lot of stain glasses, vases and lamps. He furnished the house of Mark Twain and also several rooms of the white house.
