28, rue de la Labroque, Strasbourg in 1903

Built for Theobald Schleifer(1), this house is adorned with symbols linked to the owner's job. In this way, the oriel shows on its upper part the brewer's star, meawhile the windows' breast-walls at the first floor are tiled with wines or barley and hop. Some art nouveau elements can also be seen into the restaurant(2), like this capital.
